The Just Breathe website is a free resource to address the rising rate of anxiety and depression worldwide. Your breath is the one constant that is always with you, from when you are born to when you pass. Through regular practices like deep breathing and meditation, you can learn to use your breathing to help with anxiety, depression, sleeplessness and other related issues such as stress.
